Kathy Pals is a Realtor/Sales Consultant for Century 21 Affiliated, Inc. specializing in residential home sales. Century 21 serves all of Dodge County , WI including the cities of: Beaver Dam, Horicon, Juneau , Fox Lake , Mayville, Waupun, Randolph , Burnett, and Columbus .

Kathy is a graduate of Bowling Green State University with a major in Marketing. She is a member of the Dodge County Multiple Listing Services, the Dodge County Board of Realtors, the Wisconsin Realtors Association, and the National Association of Realtors and has been a licensed real estate broker since January of 2003.

She and her husband, Steve and their two children, Kristen and Steve, have lived in Beaver Dam since 1994 after being an “Army family.” Kathy is actively involved in the community. She has served on the Beaver Dam Unified School District Board of Education, the district's mentoring program, the Wayland Parents Council, Beaver Dam YMCA Board of Directors, Volunteers in Action, the United Way , the American Cancer-Society and Meals on Wheels.
